Be Strong is the only small group training program helping busy women and men of all fitness levels build a consistent workout routine and gain strength in just 2 hours per week.


Classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30pm + 5:30pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6am + 7am

Be Strong is for you if...

  • You’re a new or intermediate lifter who wants to follow a strategic strength training program.


  • You want to increase strength, improve form, and feel more confident in the gym with guidance from an expert trainer.


  • You’re extremely busy and need an efficient and effective workout program that gets you strong in 2 hours a week.


  • You thrive in a small group setting and love the energy you get from working out around others.


You can! Laura gives you your workouts each week so you can either repeat the two workouts on your own or you are welcome to add in additional cardio workouts like cycling or running. You can also add on an additional 1:1 personal training session with Laura.

A: You will have access to the workout via our fitness app that you can do at home on your own. If you don’t have access to the same equipment, Laura will provide a modified workout you can do with bands/bodyweight.


Each member gets a 30 minute 1:1 coaching session with Laura along with a customized nutrition plan based on your current lifestyle and goals. Laura takes a holistic approach to each plan to help you establish sustainable healthy habits, while factoring in your unique background and experiences. 

Be Strong is designed for beginner and intermediate lifters. Laura prides herself on making her workouts accessible for newbie lifters while also transforming them into more confident and capable lifters in the gym.  

We use dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and a bench. All workouts can be used with just dumbbells when you are completing them at home. We do not use the barbell. If you’re interested in lifting with the barbell, please reach out about 1:1 fitness coaching.

Be Strong is more than just a fitness class. This is personal training and nutrition coaching in a small group setting. On average, there are 6 people per class with there never being more than 8, which means you get very close attention from Laura the entire time. Additionally, you will be doing a structured progressive overload program for 4 weeks specifically designed to help you build muscle, not just random workouts that get you sweaty. And finally, our community! We have a 90% retention rate and Laura attributes that to the supportive and welcoming community we have. Whether you’ve never lifted a dumbbell or are feeling intimidated starting a workout program, you’re welcome here and will be supported every step of the way.
